This gentle, self-paced program is your invitation to slow down and come back home to yourself. Over 14 days, you’ll move through 12 short, nourishing yoga classes (10–20 minutes), guided meditations and simple journaling prompts, designed to release tension, quiet the mind and spark inner clarity.

Perfect for busy souls craving stillness, softness and a deeper connection to body and breath. All sessions are recorded so you can flow on your own time, in your own space.
