It’s a body problem. When you’re stressed\, your nervous system goes into survival mode and it doesn’t switch off just because your brain says “calm down.” Most anxiety advice tells you to breathe deeply and reframe your thoughts. And while that has its place\, it skips the most important step: releasing what’s already stored in your body. This workshop is different. Why willpower and “positive thinking” often makes it worse. Why movement is the missing piece. 								\n				\n				\n		\n		\n				\n					15–35 min				\n				\n		\n				\n					Breathwork: reset your nervous system in real time				\n				\n									A guided breathwork practice to activate your parasympathetic nervous system — the “rest and digest” state your body is desperately trying to reach.
