About your Hosts:

Luiza Voronca – certified Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates Instructor.

It was 8 years ago when I started my journey and from curiosity to real addiction was just a step. I loved how every single practice helped me transform and evolve day by day. My practice is my journey. After healing from back pain, herniated disks, eating disorders, so many insecurities and low confidence, anxiety and stress, I managed to let go of perfectionism, unhealthy habits and the idea of not being good enough that I was facing for so many years.

Now I am dedicating my time to support your weight loss journey, to sculpt a healthy and fit body and mind, boost your confidence and let go of those limiting beliefs, anxiety and stress. Let’s release the back pain, eating disorders and the idea of not being good enough. Join me on your journey and let’s build both a strong body and a healthy mindset because don’t forget, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

One of my expertise is stress relief so during the event I will be guiding you on the meditation, breath-work, journaling and yoga to help bring on more calmness and zen.

Denise Grixti – qualified Personal Trainer, Primal Flow instructor, Metabolic & Hormonal Balance specialist

After suffering a hormonal imbalance herself after having her son she is proud to be able to help ladies who struggle with weight loss due to hormonal imbalances get where they want to be, physically, mentally and emotionally. Helping females and mamas alike is her number one reason of getting out of bed.

She is going to be teaching you about HORMONES on the day and the massive effect STRESS has on our body and different hormones which can give you many answers why you feel your body is not working or performing at it’s best as stress is effecting a lot of your body’s natural processes. Stress & Cortisol issues was one of the main imbalances she struggled with so she’s been there and knows all the factor’s motherhood can bring!

She can teach you the ways to help regulate this hormone for better peace & harmony in your body.
