I believe in balance, not extremes. I believe in movement that listens to the body and nutrition that nourishes the soul.
As a Mindful fitness coach, my mission is to help women move away from ``grind culture`` and toward a lifestyle that feels as good as it looks. I’m not here to give you an extreme diet or a rigid workout plan. I’m here to offer a health mentorship that adapts to your life, your cycle and your energy.
My Journey: From Pain to Power
It was 9 years ago when my journey started. Like many of you, I was chasing ``perfection`` and pushing my body to the limit. That path led me to back pain, herniated disks and a difficult relationship with food and my own reflection. I faced anxiety, stress and the constant feeling of ``not being good enough.``
I had to learn to heal from the inside out.
Through my own recovery, I discovered the life-changing power of back pain relief exercises and the strength found in Pilates and yoga. I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. Today, I use that same empathy and experience to guide my clients.
What I Believe In
I love training with weights for strength, but I also value a quiet walk in the park or a grounding yoga session. My approach is rooted in sustainable weight loss for women, the kind that doesn't involve starvation, but rather focuses on nutrients, movement and mental well-being.

I pride myself on being a ``happy listener.`` I adapt every session on the spot. If you are tired, we breathe and stretch. If you are energized, we build power. It is always about your needs, never about a fixed ``program.``
