I believe life is about connection: with ourselves, with others and with the world around us.

For a long time, I lost that connection. I spent years in the corporate world, chasing deadlines and carrying stress, until I realized I was running on empty.

Movement became my medicine. What started as simple exercise grew into yoga, pilates and mindfulness, practices that helped me breathe again, slow down and truly feel at home in myself.

That journey changed me! And it inspired me to help others do the same. Now, as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, guiding people back to their strength, balance and joy has become my passion. Nothing lights me up more than seeing someone soften, recharge and remember who they are when they finally give themselves the space to pause.

During the retreat, I’ll be right there with you: moving, breathing, laughing, holding space, and supporting you every step of the way. To hold the space for you so you can recharge, reset and return home not just rested but transformed.

My journey has taken me across the world, chasing experiences that filled me with wonder, but it was through mindfulness and yoga that I truly found a deeper sense of grounding. Life hasn’t always been easy, and the challenges I’ve faced have shaped me into who I am today: resilient, open-hearted, and deeply grateful.

Now, I feel called to share that light with others. At my retreats, my intention is to create a space of connection, where we come together not only to move and breathe, but to rediscover ourselves. I want you to feel supported, playful, and free — encouraged to embrace both your strength and your softness. For me, it’s about more than just yoga; it’s about self-discovery, inner resilience, and living life with an open heart.
