It is a 1-on-1 fitness experience (nutrition support included). I create a customized and effective workout plan for you based on your fitness level, goals, and preferences.

I provide guidance on proper form, technique and workout progression, ensuring you perform exercises safely while reducing the risk of injury. You will receive my support, motivation and non-judgmental approach.

As your personal trainer I will challenge you, help you set realistic goals and celebrate your milestones.
