About Me

I’m Luiza, certified personal trainer, pilates and yoga instructor, breathwork and meditation guide, and the person who will push you to hold that exercise ten seconds longer while telling you to smile but always listening to your body. 🙂

I work with women online across the world through live pilates classes, 1:1 coaching sessions, corporate wellness programmes, online events, and retreats. My approach blends movement, mindfulness and nutrition into something that actually fits real life. Not perfect life. Real life.

  • From burnout, anxiety and herniated disks to teaching women how to feel good again

Eleven years ago I was doing what so many women do: pushing through.

Corporate job. Overtime that felt like a badge of honour. Not enough sleep but too wired to rest. Eating either tiny careful portions or collapsing into whatever food asked the least of me. I was trying so hard to hold everything together that I completely lost the thread with my own body.

And then my body made the decision for me.

Herniated disks. Chronic back pain that wouldn’t let me ignore it. Anxiety that sat in my chest like a stone, even on the weekends. And underneath all of it that quiet, exhausting feeling of never quite being enough. Not fit enough. Not calm enough. Not in control enough.

I thought I was weak but I was actually disconnected. From my body, from what I actually needed and from any kind of gentleness toward myself.

My recovery didn’t come from strict plan. It came from learning to listen to what my body was asking for rather than what I thought I should be doing. Pilates rebuilt my back. Yoga taught me to breathe. Meditation gave me the mental space to stop fighting everything, including myself. Nutrition became nourishment instead of a battleground. 

That process, slow, honest and genuinely transformative, is what I now bring to every client I work with.
