What actually happens in your nervous system when anxiety kicks in and how to deal with it. I will share gentle, practical tips on how to navigate overwhelming moments in daily life without judging yourself.

15–35 min

Breathwork: reset your nervous system in real time

Guided simple, science-backed breathing techniques you can use anywhere (even at your desk) to instantly signal to your brain that you are safe.

35–60 min

Movement to discharge: yoga & somatic release

A gentle movement sequence combining yoga and somatic exercises to physically release stored tension and stress. No flexibility required, bring a mat or a towel. All levels are welcomed.

60–75 min

The Deep Reset (Yoga Nidra)

Also known as “yogic sleep.” You will lie down, completely supported, and guide your mind into a state of deep, restorative rest. It’s the ultimate antidote to burnout.

75–90 min

A Moment to Anchor + live Q&A

A short grounding meditation to close. Then open Q&A — ask anything. This is where the real conversations happen.

I spent 14 years in the corporate world. I know what it feels like to be exhausted but unable to rest. To feel anxious without a reason. To lie awake at 3am with a mind that won’t stop.

My own recovery — from anxiety, from burnout, from herniated disks that nearly took movement away from me — led me to one truth that changed everything: the body holds what the mind can’t process. When I started working with that instead of against it, everything shifted.

For the past 9+ years I’ve been teaching 587+ women the same approach — using breathwork, yoga, meditation and direct coaching to help them feel calm, strong and in control of their own body again.

Do I need any experience with yoga or breathwork?

None at all. Everything is guided from scratch. If you can breathe and stand in a small clear space, you’re ready.

What do I need to join?

A device with Zoom, comfortable clothes, a small clear space. A mat helps but isn’t required.

What if I can't join live?

Buy the “Recording only” ticket and get the full workshop video + workbook within 24 hours of the live session. 

How long is the recording available?

You’ll receive a link to watch the recording for 30 days. Download it and keep it forever.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a wellness workshop using movement, breathwork and mindfulness tools. If you’re experiencing severe anxiety or a mental health crisis, please speak to a professional. This is a complement to, not a replacement for, clinical support.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds. You may transfer your ticket to someone else or receive the recording if you can’t attend live.
